Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time
United States: 3-6 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 3-9 business days
Other International Locations: 7–10 business days

Weekends and public holidays in Turkey are considered non-business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking link.

🇺🇸 Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

🇬🇧 Orders shipped from the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.

Customs & Import Duties

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States removed the duty-free exemption for low-value international shipments. As a result, all imports to the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the product category and country of origin.

These fees may be calculated at checkout or charged by customs authorities depending on shipping conditions.

In the rare case that a package is rejected by U.S. Customs, we will issue a full refund.
