At Velmora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging  
• A return request must be submitted and approved before sending any item back

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Please note: Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds  
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.  
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Inspection of Returns  
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.  
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us, the return may be refused or a partial refund may be issued.

• Velmora is not responsible for shipping delays, customs procedures, or carrier-related issues  
• Return shipping costs and any customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer  
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
